4ga Labs ("4ga Labs", "4ga", "us", "our" or "we") respects the privacy of its online visitors and users of its products and services and complies with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the Privacy Shield Frameworks as agreed to between the US Department of Commerce and the regulatory bodies of Switzerland and the European Union.

Collection of Information
By using 4ga Products, users agree that 4ga collects and processes the personally identifiable information (as defined below) they provide by creating an account, by purchasing games or virtual items. 4ga will not share any personally identifiable information with other parties except as described in this policy. 4ga also processes anonymous data, aggregated or not, in order to analyze and produce statistics related to the habits, usage patterns, and demographics of users as a group or as individuals. Such anonymous data does not allow the identification of the users to which it relates. 4ga may share anonymous data, aggregated or not, with third parties.

In addition, 4ga may allow third parties performing services under contract with 4ga, such as order or payment processors or merchandise warehouse and fulfillment services, located in and outside the European Union, to access and use personally identifiable information, but only to the extent necessary to provide those services.
4ga may use personally identifiable information provided by users to send them information about 4ga, including news about product updates, contests, events, and other promotional materials, but only if the users agree to receive such communications. 4ga will not share any personally identifiable information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. When you create an account, we collect your email address and username, we may also collect your first and last name if you agree. 4ga has no obligation to keep private personally identifiable information that a user makes available to other users. (e.g. in multiplayer chat, posted comments and nickname).

How long do we retain data
We store personal information for as long as we reasonably need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. For example, if you register for our services and create an account, we will store your information for as long as needed to maintain your account and provide the services you requested. We periodically review the personal information we retain to determine whether continued storage is proper. We may share, or provide you with opportunities to share, information about you with other users of 4ga Products as described in this policy. We also provide services that allow our users to communicate with 4ga and each other, in which case personal information may be shared and account ID and player name may be displayed.
We are doing our best to enhance your experience on 4ga. Some data need to be kept forever. For example, the comment you posted or any other user voluntarily given public information is needed for the community. You can decide to deactivate/delete your account and we'll try to remove or make private all your activity on 4ga Products depending on your preferences. However we do not remove the data that interferes with other 4ga users, we anonymize it. For example, matches in which you played etc. because it will affect others' experience. Also, we have to store customer purchase records for up to ten years according to the tax law.
Children
4ga will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 13. 4ga encourages parents to instruct their children to never give out personal information when online. Parents who are concerned about the transfer of personal information from their children may contact us.

This website does not use cookies. In order to calculate statistics we collect and store basic information such as timestamp, visited URL, your IP address, and basic browser information: browser version, preferred language, etc.

4ga Products may provide chat, forums, or instant messaging tools to users. Any information that is disclosed in chat, or forums should be considered public information, and users who message one another may not know each other personally. 4ga has no obligation to keep private personally identifiable information that a user makes available to other users or the public using these functions. Users should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information in public forums. Users should also be aware that gameplay information disclosed during multiplayer gameplay (e.g. player name and current player statistics) is public and may be displayed to other users.
Storage and Security of Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiable information provided to 4ga will be collected, processed, and stored by 4ga. 4ga has taken reasonable steps to protect the information users share with us, including, but not limited to, the setup of processes, equipment, and software to avoid unauthorized access or disclosure of this information.
